Carley Consult Ltd are specialists in bid management, bid writing, grant applications and procurement commissioning services for government funding. Our aim is to improve public services by helping quality organisations participate in their delivery, and to help public funding bodies develop better practice in engaging and widening their supply base.

Since our launch in 2007 we have worked with 15 separate clients from the UK, USA, The Netherlands and Australia. As of December 2008, we had been instrumental in helping our client base in securing more than £15 million in public funding, primarily through the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) and the Learning & Skills Council (LSC).

We work with all types of organisations, but place emphasis on small to medium sized enterprises and the third sector through capacity building support to deliver public services or access grants and lottery funding. We offer a range of services, bespoke to your specific needs. This may be anything from a training course, to a specific short project to a longer term retained consultancy arrangement.

Any outlay on our services is more than offset against the measurable benefits that customers receive, such as increased funding, organisational efficiencies and productivity gains.
