Carley Consult have been actively involved in Flexible New Deal, supporting four
separate clients to qualify for the second stage of Phase 1 of the competition,
for whom we provided ongoing tender support. We have also provided positioning support to further clients seeking to become subcontractors to Flexible New Deal bidders. One of our smaller clients managed to become a named subcontractor
in more than 50% of all tenders submitted by all bidders (over 100 in total)
in Phase 1 of Flexible New Deal.

Moving ahead, we are developing services to help providers with the set up and
implementation of Flexible New Deal contracts, whether they are prime providers
or subcontractors. Our consultants have a career history of DWP contract setup
spanning New Deal Prime Provider, NDDP, Pathways to Work subcontracts and ESF to name but a few. We can provide an experienced, extra pair of hands to help
you through everything from premises set-up and staff training, to new contractual
requirements from DWP, such as Sustainable Development Action Plans and preparation for Star Rating.

We can also offer tender support for organisations seeking to participate in Phase 2
of Flexible New Deal, which includes new contracts for many parts of London, Southern England, the North West, North East and Scotland.
