Carley Consult delivers success with Goals

Carley Consult would like to extend its congratulations to Goals CIC for securing a contract with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to provide life coaching “launch pad” programme to 100 residents on the Dalgarno and World’s End Estates living in social rented housing. The Carley Consult team developed the tender on behalf of Goals CIC, based on their motivational Goals programme that is already used by many providers as an element of their employability programmes for the long term unemployed.  The support that Goals CIC will provide through the programme will address sources of multiple disadvantage through focusing on the individual’s needs, coaching participants to define their own goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
