We are delighted to announce the appointment of a number of new consultants to further strengthen our team in the delivery of services to our clients.
Deborah Tillett, Head of Continuous Improvement Services: Deborah was most recently Quality Improvement Co-ordinator for TNG, responsible for quality improvement across New Deal, ESF and LSC programmes. Prior to this she was the Continuous Improvement & Standards Manager at the Careers Development Group. Her role within Carley Consult will be in developing a new service range to support our clients in preparation for Ofsted inspection, securing accreditations such as IiP and Matrix, preparing for DWP Star Rating, and process mapping as part of contract implementation.
Liz Flynn, Senior Consultant: Liz was a Business Development Manager with A4e for 4 and half years, working on a broad range of projects covering Welfare to Work, Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS), Work Based Learning, ESF, NEET provision and International Development. She was A4e’s account manager for Vocational Learning contributing to successful bids for £15m of LSC funding across 14 separate new contracts. She also submitted successful tenders to the Department of Employment & Learning (Northern Ireland), Government Offices, and local authorities. Liz joins us on 10th August.
Anita Turner, Associate Consultant: Anita previously worked for TWL Training, progressing from Trainer, to Centre Manager, to Regional Manager and ultimately Development Manager. Through this she has been involved in a number of employment and skills based provisions, primarily within the North West. She has contributed to successful tenders with DWP, the LSC, The Welsh Assembly Government, and The Department of Employment & Learning (Northern Ireland).
